We are offering Online Developmental Registration for the first time this Spring.  Eligible birthdates are from 8/1/1993 to 7/31/2002. In order to use this online form you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed to open the PDF file. You may download a free copy of Acrobat if you do not already have it by following the link below. Clicking on the Online Registration will open the form needed to register your child.  Please print out and complete the form, then mail it with payment to the following address:
