Final Registration

Registration will be from 6:00pm to 8:30pm on Friday, June 11th at the Upper Deerfield Township EMS Building located at 1 Hoover Road, Seabrook, NJ 08302 (Click here for Map & Directions).

For teams whose travel time to our site is greater than 1.5 hours, we can provide for Saturday, June 12th registration.  To do so you must:

  • Contact the Tournament Director by Tuesday, June 8th and obtain approval for Saturday registration. Please make every effort to have someone register the team Friday evening.
  • Register your team at least one hour before your first game on Saturday at the Tournament Director’s Tent located on the main complex..

Recreation teams must present the following with them at registration:

  • The original and a copy of your state roster and all status change (drop/add) forms for the current year(the copy remains with the tournament committee)
  • Player Passes (including player passes for guest players, if any) MUST be the original, photo copies are NOT acceptable, remember, NO PASS, NO PLAY.
  • Guest Player Form (if applicable) downloaded and completed prior to your arrival
  • Notarized Medical Releases (including medical releases for guest players, if any).
  • Permission to Travel Form (applicable to USYSA carded out-of-state teams only).
